In her interviews, the model often said that a healthy diet is the key to her beautiful body. But when she needs to lose weight quickly, then she has a maximum of 1500 kcal per day.
Her menu consists of bran, oatmeal, bread, fruits and vegetables, avocados, meat and fat fish, dark rice, berries, cottage cheese and eggs. For breakfast – a green smoothie of greens and avocado, with a protein omelet or oatmeal. Before lunch, you need to remove most of all carbohydrates and a little protein, and for dinner only protein. You need to drink at least one and a half liters of water per day, of course.
Sugar, alcohol, salt, starch and animal fats are strictly prohibited during such diet.
